You Can’t Have Cookies for Breakfast, But You Can Have These Cookie Crisp Pancakes

Cookie Crisp cereal essentially allows you to have cookies for breakfast, which is obviously the dream of every child and adult alike. These pancakes add a little extra oomph with the addition of warm gooey chocolate chip cookie dough on top of crunchy bits of Cookie Crisp. And for those of you that weren’t sure, yes Cookie Crisp still exist.

  1. If you’re making your own edible cookie dough, follow this recipe for quick easy edible cookie dough.

    Make pancake mix as directed on the package (our box mix said 1.5 cups of water, but follow the box you are using). Add in 1/2 cup of crushed Cookie Crisp cereal.

  3. Heat your cookie dough in the microwave for 30 seconds or until warm and gooey.

    Make a minimum of 5 extra large pancakes to create your stack. As you stack your pancakes, layer them with the warm cookie dough filling and crushed Cookie Crisps. Enjoy.
