Skeptical? So was I, but I will never use regular water again. Bubbles in the seltzer water moisten and aerate the batter, making the waffles light, fluffy, and crispy.

Make your waffles or pancakes extra yummy with some berry compote, banana slices, and maple syrup.

    Add powdered waffle batter, oil, and seltzer water to a bowl. Mix the ingredients.
