The Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls You Didn’t Know You Needed in Your Life

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Northeastern chapter.

Dying to try something new but not down to spend forever cooking before eating your dinner? These spring rolls are the perfect option. Chances are, you’ve prepared all these ingredients before (cooking chicken and chopping vegetables). The only switch up is the combination of ingredients and how they’re presented.

These spring rolls are literally an explosion of flavor when you bite into them. You’ll feel full but not stuffed from two or three of these.

If you are unsure about any of the ingredients or are missing some listed here, don’t worry. This is just a baseline recipe — feel free to add or exchange ingredients for other proteins, vegetables, or sauces.
