How to Make Deconstructed Apple Cinnamon Pie in 7 Minutes

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at UC Berkeley chapter.

Now that Christmas is over, it seems like there’s no hope for any pie in our future.

That is — until you make your own version. With this super simple recipe, you can have the best part of apple pie (c’mon guys, you know it’s the filling) ready in minutes.

Not only is this sweet and cinnamon-y treat amazing over ice cream, it also tastes delicious served on top of pancakes or waffles, in your morning bowl of oatmeal, or even by itself.
