Egg Whites and Turkey Sausage

    Crack eggs into a small bowl.

    Separate the yolks from the egg whites.

    Scramble egg whites with a fork.

    Pour egg whites into greased pan over medium heat. Use a spatula to gently fold the whites until they are fully cooked and no longer runny. Remove from heat and set aside.

    Place two frozen turkey sausage patties on top of a paper towel on a plate and microwave for 2.5 to 3 minutes.
