Because Pop-Tarts are one of the best breakfast pastries since always, we decided to turn them into truffles. They look real fancy, but they’re surprisingly easy and only use three ingredients.
What are cake pops anyway?

Instructions
Unwrap the Pop-Tarts and place in a sealable plastic bag. Crush them with something heavy (rolling pin, wine bottle, text book, etc.) until they are the size of peas.
#SpoonTip: If you have a small blender or food processor, you can pulse the Pop-Tarts in there instead.
Empty the crushed Pop-Tarts into a bowl and add the cream cheese. Stir until combined.
Roll balls 1 1/2-2 inches wide, and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
#SpoonTip: Use an ice cream scoop to make the truffles the same size.
Microwave the chocolate in 20-30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted.
Place a truffle on a fork over the bowl and spoon melted chocolate over it to cover. Tap the fork on the bowl to let the extra chocolate drip off, and slide the truffle onto the parchment. Repeat with the rest of the truffles.
Refrigerate the truffles until the chocolate is hard, about 15-30 minutes.
