Kimball Guac Done Right

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Holy Cross chapter.

Today is the day, it’s finally “Taco Tuesday” in Kimball. You have been thinking about it since you woke up this morning; or if you’re like me, since like a week ago.

Initially, you’re all excited, but, after looking at your little helpless scoop of mediocre guacamole, a wave of sadness overcomes you and you can’t help your mouth from watering thinking about the much tastier guac from last week’s “GNO” at Mezcal.

Shoutout to Katie Love for bringing the flavors of Mezcal straight to Kimby and sharing her famous guac recipe that could rival Worcester’s finest.  Katie recommends sharing a batch with your friends or, if you’re the selfish kind (like me), whip up and devour the entire batch yourself – because sharing isn’t caring when it comes to sharing guac.
