Mini Baked Brie

Preheat oven to 350°F. Set out three triangles of crescent roll dough.
Spread one teaspoon of cherry preserves onto the dough.
Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar on top of the cherry preserves.
Place one mini brie onto each piece of the dough. Fold the dough around the brie until it is completely covered.
Bake on a parchment paper lined cookie tray for 11-12 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
Remove from tray and eat with crackers or whatever your cheesy heart desires.
Mini Baked Goat Cheese

Spread one teaspoon of blueberry preserves onto each piece of crescent dough.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Place one goat cheese round onto each piece of crescent dough. Wrap the dough completely around the cheese.
Place the cheese on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake for 11-12 minutes until golden brown.
Remove the cheese from the tray and enjoy your little bites of happiness.

Spread one teaspoon of tomato sauce onto each piece of dough.
Place one mozzarella ball on top of each triangle and wrap the dough completely around the cheese.
Place the cheese on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake for 11-12 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove the cheese from the tray and enjoy your little bites of pizza.
