    Mix water, sugar and ginger in a sauce pan and let it reduce for 25 mins.

    In a tall glass add 2 shots of rum.

    Add Apple Juice.

    Add beer and stir.

    Add the simple syrup by straining the ginger out and the liquid into the drink.
