Raspberry Breakfast Popsicles

As summer starts rolling in, we’re changing everything from our clothes to our drinks, so why not give breakfast a sunny makeover? Instead of grabbing a granola bar, make these delicious breakfast popsicles and saunter down Sheridan with this pink and white frozen delight.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cool Time: 4-5 hours
Total Time: 4-5 hours

Servings: 5

Ingredients:
1 pint fresh raspberries
1 1/2 tablespoons water
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons honey (for dipping, optional)
1 cup granola
Popsicle sticks (or plastic forks and spoons)

Directions:
1. Mash up the raspberries.
2. Mix Greek yogurt, raspberries, water and 3/4 cup of granola.
3. Place mixture into popsicle mold (or a small cup) with popsicle sticks.
4. Freeze for 4-5 hours.

5. Dip the top of each pop in honey and remaining 1/4 cup of granola. If you choose to skip the honey, simply sprinkle the granola on your ice pop before each bite.
