This Guac-Hummus Hybrid Changes Everything About Party Dips

Hummus has become a college student favorite in recent years because of its great flavor and high protein content, making it the perfect snack for finals stress eating. And while there is no doubt that hummus has earned its spot in the grocery store, what about guacamole? Guac is still here, and is full of omega 3’s from avocados that you can’t find around every culinary corner.

With this dip, it’s possible for you to have the best of both worlds. This avocado hummus is the life of the party, and it’s a super simple, healthy and fast snack. This recipe is easily customizable, so feel free to add garlic, red pepper, or anything else that suits your fancy.

Cook Time: 3 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes

Servings: 4-6

Ingredients:
2 avocados
1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
Juice from ½ lemon
1 tablespoon salt
½ cup cilantro
½ cup olive oil

Directions:
1. Add all ingredients into your blending vessel.
