Forget Flowers — Send This Pasta Night Box To Your Loved Ones Instead

I think that one of the most heartfelt gifts you could ever get for another person is flowers. There’s really nothing like the feeling of receiving your own meticulously chosen bouquet and getting to display them in your house for the next week or so. Particularly with the meaning behind many different types of flowers, flowers could easily become the most romantic gift you’ve ever gotten for a partner. Receiving flowers is great, but possibly the only thing better is receiving both pasta and flowers, so your tastebuds can get a treat too. The gifting service Fresh Sends gets that, particularly through its new Pasta Night box

What is Fresh Sends?

Fresh Sends is a company based around improving the gift-giving experience. They were founded in 2019 with this exact purpose in mind, crafting specialized boxes, as well as individualized products. Many are centered around flowers, such as the Pasta Night’s bouquet that is beautifully matched to the colors of the farfalle pasta.

This was one of the main aspects of the boxes that really drew me in, but I was honestly intrigued by the variety in the rest of the store. From perfume to different ornamental wreaths, Fresh Sends has plenty of gift options to offer.

What comes in the Pasta Night Send?

The Pasta Night Send is supposed to have everything you need for a cozy night in. The full kit is available in a regular or full size, which seems to be the case across their products. The regular size is $113, and the full costs $145. This price looks intimidating, but it makes sense once you get a look at what’s inside. When I first opened my box, I just had to look at this gorgeous bouquet of flowers immediately. The bouquet is a lovely mix of different familiar types that one of your favorite flowers is sure to be a part of. The pasta itself is almost as stunning as the flowers, and cooking it was very simple. All of the ingredients feel and taste high quality, so you’re certainly getting your money’s worth. I personally think the farfalle is served best sauceless, merely paired with your favorite spices, the box’s finishing oil, and some parmesan cheese.

Combined with the wooden spoon and finishing olive oil, I really do think this kit makes for a great night in. This box tends to be used as a gift, which is another reason for the high price. I think this would be the perfect pick-me-up a parent could get for the kid in college, as I personally felt like this box gave me a taste of luxury I don’t often get to see in the dorms. This would also be the cutest present for a significant other, and would make for the cutest date, cooking the pasta together. No matter who you get this box for, it’ll be sure to remind your loved one of the message that’s inside every Fresh Sends box — “you matter to someone”!
