2-Ingredient Dulce de Leche Rice Krispies

If vodka juice boxes and gummy vitamins are any indication, “adult-ifying” kids snacks can produce some truly inspired results. This recipe follows suit, swapping out marshmallows for dulce de leche, a caramelized blend of milk and sugar popular in Latin America, to guarantee that your rice krispies will be the most sophisticated on campus.

Ingredients:
2 cups dulce de leche
Half-box of puffed rice cereal (about 3 cups)

Directions:

1. Grease a 4×8 inch pan with butter

2. Microwave the dulce de leche in a large bowl for 30-second intervals until warm and liquid.

3. Add the rice cereal to the bowl, stirring until evenly coated with dulce de leche.

4. Press the mixture into the pan
