There are food lovers, who enjoy their meals and upload the occasional picture of their food on social media. Then there are food enthusiasts, whose lives revolve around food and every waking minute of their day goes in conjuring up some gorgeous pieces of consumable art which are on display for the world to see. Shivesh Bhatia is one such human being. His interest in baking was cultivated at a young age. Soon, he began experimenting with recipes and posting their pictures on Instagram. Little was he aware of the furore his pictures would create, and leave the audience drooling for more. Thereon, he took on his art professionally, and even began styling and photographing the foods he baked. Now, 21, with a number of accolades to his name, Shivesh has tasted immense success, and has no plans of stopping. He only hopes to go further on from here. We bring to you this specially curated list of dessert recipes by Shivesh Bhatia, which are his personal favourites from his cookbook stash.
