    Ingredients

  • 52 ounce bottle champagne
  • 4 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 2 cups ginger ale
  • Rainbow sherbet for topping

    In a large bowl or pitcher, stir together the champagne, ginger ale and orange juice.

    Ladle the mixture into serving glasses and add 1-2 scoops of sherbet on top. The sherbet will melt into the glass, which adds great flavor throughout the drink.
