This milkshake combines the delightful caramel-chocolate-coconut flavor of a Samoa cookie with the richness of a shot of dark rum. Perfect for entertaining yourself during those long months between Girl Scout cookie sales.
Spiked Samoa Milkshake

- 1/3 cup shredded coconut
- 3 cup dulce de leche ice cream
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 oz dark rum
- Chocolate syrup
- Whipped cream
Spread shredded coconut on a baking sheet and bake at 325°F for 5-10 minutes, until golden brown and toasty.
Blend together ice cream, almond milk (or coconut milk), salt, and rum until smooth. Then add toasted coconut and blend briefly – one or two pulses.
Garnish with chocolate syrup, whipped cream, toasted coconut and chocolate shavings. Turn up.
