This cookie inspired quesadilla just went real south of the border. It’s time to think outside of the melted cheese box and sink your teeth into something sweeter. Gooey marshmallows and Nutella oozing out of a chocolate chip cookie make an unreal combination. Yea, we’re keepin’ it sweet and simple with this fiesta on a plate.
- Prep Time:10 minutes
- Cook Time:25 minutes
- Total Time:35 minutes
- Servings:8 quesadilla slices
- Parchment paper
- 1 lb cookie dough
- 2-3 tablespoon Nutella
- 1-2 cup marshmallows
Split the cookie dough in half and make two large discs of dough.
Bake at 350°F for 17-20 minutes, until golden brown. Let them cool completely.
Heat up the quesadilla maker. Place a piece of parchment on the bottom plate and spray the top plate to prevent sticking.
#SpoonTip: No quesadilla maker? A griddle would work just as well.
Place one cookie face down into the quesadilla maker.
Spread on the nutella and top with marshmallows.
Top with the other cookie and close the quesadilla maker. Close the lid and watch it sizzle for 3-5 minutes, until melty
Remove and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
