Easy Apple Juice Chicken

- 1 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1 lb chicken breast
- Salt (optional)
- Pepper (optional)
Boil 1 1/2 cup of apple juice in a pan.
Add 1 lb of cubed chicken breast.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper if using.
Cover pan and let the chicken simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Cook until apple juice reduces to a glaze consistency and covers chicken entirely.
