Mac and Cheese Fries

- 2 cup leftover mac & cheese
- 17 oz vegetable Oil
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch sea salt
Chill leftover mac and cheese in a square container.
Cut the chilled mac and cheese into rectangles approximately 1 x 1 x 7 cm.
Mix parmesan and panko bread crumbs in a low rimmed bowl or plate.
Beat an egg.
Dip your rectangles in the beaten egg, then roll them in the parmesan bread crumbs.
Chill the mac and cheese rectangles 10-15 minutes.
Fry mac and cheese in vegetable oil at 375°F until golden brown.
Take out your mac and cheese fries and serve them with your favorite sauce.
