    Ingredients

  • 4 cup cake batter ice cream, softened
  • 2 cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup nonpareil rainbow sprinkles

    Cover a baking tray with wax paper and spoon in 4 cups of softened cake batter ice cream.

    Smooth out with a spoon, and cover with another layer of wax paper to secure into place.

    Freeze for 24 hours.

    Remove ice cream from the baking tray, and slice into cubes.

    Place back into the freezer while preparing the chocolate shell.

    In a bowl, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil and microwave until melted.
