Mini Bourbon Bacon Red Velvet Doughnuts

- 1 pound of bacon
- 1 box red velvet cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoon bourbon
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup confectioners gugar
- Brown sugar
- Cayenne pepper
- Black pepper
Coat strips of bacon with brown sugar, cayenne pepper, and pepper. Then bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes.
Take the bacon out of the oven and chop it into small pieces.
In a bowl mix together the cake mix, eggs, oil, and water.
Spoon the mixture into the doughnut pan and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes
Take the doughnuts out of the oven and mix confectioners sugar with water to make the icing. Dip the top of each doughnut in the icing.
Sprinkle the bacon on and enjoy.
