Breakfast Naan Pizza

- 1 naan
- 2 tablespoon pesto
- 1/2 avocado, mashed
- 2 cup fresh spinach
- 1/3 cup mozzarella
- 3 tablespoon parmesan
- chopped green onions (optional)
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Coat the naan with pesto.
Mash avocado in a bowl with a fork and place on top of the pesto.
Sauté spinach and place on top of avocado.
Sprinkle cheese on top, very generously.
Top with green onions, if desired.
Place into oven and bake for about 2 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Broil shortly for a crispier naan.
While pizza is in the oven, cook one fried egg.
Remove pizza from oven, place egg on top of pizza, slice and enjoy!
