Maybe you gained a little weight during the holidays. No worries. This Samoa apple bite recipe is healthy...Besides the caramel, but hey, an apple a day keeps the doctor away, amiright? 

Oh did I mention they only take five ingredients to make?

Samoa Apple Bites

    Ingredients

  • 1 Granny smith apple
  • 1/4 cup prepared caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup toasted coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil

  • Step 1

    Slice apples into 1/4" thick pieces, and stick with popsicle sticks.

    In a small bowl, combine semisweet chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave 30-45 seconds, until melted.

    Time to assemble. Apply caramel sauce onto your apple.
