Pumpkin season can be overwhelming, but it’s the time to indulge in all of our favorite seasonal treats. This year, Trader Joe’s has released the much anticipated edition of its famous cookie butter. Yes, it’s pumpkin pie flavored. And, yes, it’s absolutely everything you dreamed it to be.
We put the pumpkin butter in a dope pull-apart bread and topped it off with ice cream and caramel sauce. The epitome of fall, on a plate.
Pumpkin Pie Pull-Apart Bread
- Prep Time:10 minutes
- Cook Time:30 minutes
- Total Time:40 minutes
- 1 package pizza dough (I used Pillsbury)
- 1 Jar Trader Joe's Pumpkin Pie Spice Cookie Butter
- 2 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix the Trader Joe’s cookie butter with melted butter, then microwave for 1 minute.
On a clean flat surface dusted with flour, roll out the package of pizza dough.
Spread the pumpkin pie cookie butter mix evenly on top of the dough.
Drizzle caramel generously.
Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray (unless it is non-stick).
Cut the dough in pieces proportional to the ends of the loaf pan.
Turn the pan on one end vertically. Then stack the slices of delicious “pumpkin-buttery” dough across the pan.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Ice cream on top is optional but recommended.
