You know how it goes: you order a pizza, you eat 90% of it (shamelessly, of course) and then you have a slice or two left over. Assuming you don’t devour them in your latest round of drunchies, chances are those slices will spend the rest of the quarter gathering mold in the back of your fridge. This is your solution to prevent you from committing the heinous crime of letting perfectly good pizza go to waste.
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
Total time: 30 minutes
2 slices leftover pizza
½ cup milk
¼ cup of cheese
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Cut pizza into bite-sized pieces.
3. Combine milk, egg and most of the cheese in a ramekin and whisk them together.
4. Add pizza and let soak for 10 minutes.
5. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top, and bake for 15 minutes.
