Next time you’ve got a craving for some cheesy goodness, practice your culinary skills instead with this simple pizza pockets recipe. You can forget those booty calls to Papa John’s — Pillsbury Dough Boy’s gotcha covered.

Pizza Pockets

  • 4 Pillsbury biscuits
  • 1 egg, beated
  • 8 slices cheese
  • 16 slices pepperoni
  • 2 cup marinara sauce
  • Oregano
  • Parmesan

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Step 2

Cut biscuits into halves.

Step 3

Flatten biscuits.

Step 4

Add pepperoni.

Step 5

Add cheese.

Step 6

Add more pepperoni.

Step 7

Fold each side into the middle and pinch dough together to form a bundle of cheese and pepperoni.

Step 8

Glaze the tops of the pizza dough with egg wash (one beaten egg).

Step 9

Sprinkle oregano and parmesan.

Step 10

Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 11

Serve with marinara sauce and enjoy.
