One will inevitably run out before the other, and all you’ll be left with is tears, a paper you haven’t started yet, and a sad bowl of leftover guac that’s longing to be eaten.
Well, if you have some extra tortillas and a microwave, this recipe will solve your problems in less than 2 minutes. You’ll be happily munching away on chips and guac again in no time.

- 5 tortillas
Cut tortillas into 4-8 slices depending on their size.
Lay slices onto a plate.
Sprinkle with salt.
Microwave for 1 minute.#SpoonTip: If the chips are soggy, turn slices over and microwave for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Repeat for remaining slices.

- 2 medium ripe avocados
- 2 teaspoon lemon or lime juice
- 1/4 cup red onion (chopped)
- 2 tablespoon cilantro (chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 jalapeño (optional)
Cut avocados and remove pits.
Scoop avocado flesh into a medium bowl.
Add lemon/lime juice and salt.
Using a fork, mash avocados until smooth.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
