- 4 tablespoon butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 tablespoon flour
- 1/3 cup white wine

In a small pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter on medium-high heat. When the butter is melted, add minced garlic.
Sauté until golden and fragrant. Then, add flour and stir to combine.
Deglaze the pan by adding white wine. Turn the heat down to low and let the alcohol cook off. Let reduce until as much liquid evaporates as was added.
