The only thing that can live up to the food at Thanksgiving is a yummy seasonal spirit to go with it. Use some of these simple ingredients and make a pumpkin pie martini to impress your friends and family. If anything, it will help you get through answering those “plans after college” questions.
Prep Time: 4 minutes
Mix Time: 1 minute
Total Time: 5 minutes or less
Servings: 1 glass
1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
3 tablespoons vodka
2 tablespoons half and half
2 tablespoons canned pumpkin puree
¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Powdered graham cracker for rim
1) Place powdered graham cracker on a small plate and wet the rim of a martini glass or a mason jar for a more authentic feel. Dip the rim in the graham crackers until lightly coated.
2) Fill a martini shaker with ice and combine the pumpkin pie spice, vodka, half and half, pumpkin puree and vanilla extract. Shake well, strain into the prepared glass and enjoy!
