This infamous fall time beverage is now being made even more irresistible. Adding booze to the PSL: so simple, yet ingenious. As if learning how to make Starbucks’ famous pumpkin spice latte at home isn’t incredible enough, we added some Kahlúa into the mix.
Creamy Kahlúa and the seasonal flavors of the PSL all in one cup; need I say more? So, dust off your festive mugs and let’s get brewing.
Spiked Pumpkin Spice Latte

- Total Time:15 minutes
- Servings:2 lattes
- 2 cup brewed coffee
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup ffhalf and half
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon white granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup Kahlúa
- 1 cup whipped cream
Roast two cups of coffee.
Place a pot on your stovetop and set the temperature to medium.
Add the coffee, pumpkin puree, half and half, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla and sugar to the pot.
Stir until all ingredients are blended together well.
Take mixture off of the stove and add the Kahlúa into it.
Pour into two coffee mugs, top with whipped cream, sprinkle with nutmeg/cinnamon and serve.
