School may be back in session, but that doesn’t mean you can’t act like it’s still summer. Grab your extra avocados, a popsicle mold, and get ready to kick back. You can worry about class later.

- Cook Time:Overnight
- Total Time:8 hours
- 1 1/2 cup dairy milk
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cup vanilla coconut milk
Add the avocados, sugar, milk, and coconut milk to a blender.
Blend it all together.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
Pop them out of the molds and enjoy!
