Red Velvet Fudge
- Prep Time:20 minutes
- Cook Time:4 hours
- Total Time:4 hours and 20 minutes
- 3/4 cup butter
- 3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup half and half
- 7 oz marshmallow fluff
- 2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoon red food coloring
Microwave butter until melted.
Stir together sugar, half and half, and butter until fully combined.
Microwave mixture in 2½ minute intervals for a total of 10 minutes, stirring in between intervals.
Add in marshmallow fluff and stir until smooth.
Stir in white chocolate chips.
Pour half of the mixture into tin-foil lined (and oil-sprayed) pan.
Add semisweet chocolate chips to the remaining half of the mixture.
Stir until chocolate chips are completely melted. Add a sh*tload of red food dye until mixture is a deep, velvety red (AKA red velvet.)
Pour red mixture over the mixture in the pan.
Refrigerate for about 4 hours until hardened.
Slice it up and share. Or just keep it to yourself. No judgement here.
