Peach-Coconut Banana Bread

    Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 cup flour
  • 3.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mashed bananas
  • 1 cup diced peaches/nectarines
  • 1/2 cup coconut chips or shredded coconut

    Get yo ingredients.

    Blend together sugar, butter, egg, and milk.

    Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt.

    Break up 2 bananas in a bowl.

    Fold mashed bananas, diced fruit, and coconut into the batter.

    Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and sprinkle with extra coconut. Bake for an hour at 350°F.
