This copycat recipe is the perfect dupe to satisfy your Sriracha craving. Like the original you can put this stuff on just about everything! So do not panic if you ever run out, just simply make your own!

- Servings:1 bottle
- 1 cup red jalapeño peppers
- 5 cloves of chopped garlic
- 2 chopped shallots
- 15 oz tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 3 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoon sugar
Saute your shallot and garlic for 1-2 minutes.
Add in the jalapeño and tomato sauce and have it simmer for 2 minutes.
Add the fish sauce, sugar, and rice vinegar. Then stir until combined.
Blend all the ingredients until liquified.
Pour your Sriracha into a bottle and enjoy!
