It’s springtime, and that means lots of good things. High on that list of wonderful things is the fact that warmer weather means plenty of outdoor grill time. Here is an easy, classic burger recipe to add some juicy flavor to your weekend barbecues.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes
Servings: 2 large or 4 small patties
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire, optional
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Form meat into two large patties or four small patties.
3. Cook on a grill (or in a frying pan) for about twenty minutes or until desired temperature. Tip: When you see that half of the meat on the side of the patty is cooked and no longer pink, you can flip.
