Garlic Butter Shrimp

  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 1 pound of shrimp
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Step 1

Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a skillet.

Step 2

Add chopped garlic into the skillet and cook.

Step 3

Add 1 pound of shrimp.

Step 4

Add 1/4 cup of chicken broth, salt, & pepper.

Step 5

Squeeze half a lemon and add 2 tablespoons of parsley.

Step 6

Continue to stir until shrimp is cooked and serve with a lemon wedge.
