This hassle-free variation uses a blender for chocolate mousse that has never been easier to enjoy.
Earl Grey Chocolate Mousse

- 3⁄4 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 1⁄2 cup boiling water
- 1 Earl Grey tea bag
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
In blender, combine chocolate chips, sugar and vanilla.
Steep tea bag in boiling water.
Pour tea over ingredients in blender and wait until partially melted, 15-30 seconds.
Blend on high for 1 minute.
Add egg and egg white.
Blend on high for 1 minute, remove from blender and serve.
