Chocolate Chip Caramel Peanut Butter Bars

    Ingredients

  • 60 caramels (unwrapped)
  • 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 packages of pre-made chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • Cooking spray

    Preheat your oven to 375°F and spray your baking sheet.

    Open one package of cookie dough and press into cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes and remove from oven to cool.

    Place your caramels and milk in a double broiler. Stir until fully melted.

    Remove caramel from heat and add in peanut butter. Stir until you have a smooth consistency.

    Pour caramel peanut butter over your (partially) cooked cookie dough. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, then pressed second package of cookie dough on top.

    Bake for 20-25 minutes (or until fully cooked). Remove from oven and serve.
