This cheese recipe pairs well with any creamy subtle oaked Chardonnay, fruity dry rosé, or cherry (or raspberry) flavored fruit beer.
Brie cheese you say? I know, how very adult of me. But trust me, I have converted the non-believers to devout followers. I have managed to impress the incredible chefs that are my friends’ parents. I have people who used to say things like “Brie cheese is weird” to “Hey girl, can you send me that cheese recipe again?” It’s infallible and the best part of all is that it’s SO. DAMN. EASY.
3-Ingredient Brie Cheese
- Prep Time:5 minutes
- Cook Time:15-20 minutes
- Total Time:25 minutes
- Servings:4-6 people
- 1 Brie round
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2-3 cloves of garlc (minced)
Unwrap the cheese and place it in a baking pan. Smother the cheese in garlic and honey (don’t be shy).
Put it in the oven at 375°F for 15-20 minutes or until you see the cheese softening.
Add some extra honey, serve with your favorite crackers or french bread, and you officially have the perfect excuse to drink wine on a weeknight (not that we ever really need one anyways).
