And to get that taco shape, all you need is a paper towel roll and some tin foil. Sugar Cookie Tacos

- 16.5 oz package Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
- Ice cream
- Chocolate syrup
Place your sugar cookie dough onto a non-stick baking sheet and bake in the oven at 350°F for 11-14 minutes.
Wrap a paper towel roll with aluminum foil.
After the cookies have finished baking, place them onto paper towel roll while they are still warm, and let them cool completely until they take on the shape of the roll.
After the cookies have firmed up on the roll, carefully remove them, and scoop in your favorite ice cream.
Top with fresh fruit, chocolate syrup, Sprinkles, and your favorite toppings.
