Face it, after you drink your weight in emerald-colored beer, you're going to want to gorge yourself on some greasy Irish food. To help you celebrate a day that revels in debauchery, I created a reuben version of the infamous Crunchwrap Supreme that you can chow down on between bars. You don't need green grub to celebrate accordingly. Only one hand is required to enjoy this Crunchwrap Supreme recipe filled with all the ingredients found in an Irish reuben. Enjoy this good craic.

Taco Bell Reuben Crunchwrap Supreme

  • 1 russet potato
  • Olive oil
  • 1 burrito-sized tortilla
  • 1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup sauerkraut
  • 1/8 cup chopped corned beef
  • 1 chopped jalapeño
  • Thousand Island dressing

  • Step 1

    Thinly slice one potato, toss in olive oil, bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.

  • Step 2

    After the potato is done baking, place it in the middle of a burrito-sized tortilla.

  • Step 3

    Next, add shredded Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, corned beef, chopped corned beef, and jalapeño.

  • Step 4

    Finish it off with a drizzle of Thousand Island dressing.

  • Step 5

    Fold each side inward, and then cook it for 3 minutes face down in a pan.
