    Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon Walden Farms Calorie Free Caramel Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Cafe Mocha M&M's
  • 2/3 cup Oats
  • 1/2 cup Lean Body For Her Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon Ground cardamom
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2/3 cup Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup Chobani Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Egg whites
  • 1 Banana, mashed
  • Step 1

    Mash banana and combine all ingredients until mixed well.
