Got a moment to spare in the morning for a savory snack throughout the day? Or even better, prep these babies the night before and bake them in the morning while you shower or lie in bed for “five more minutes” before school or work. Nothing complicated here.
Store them in a ziplock, your pocket, or under your pillow and pop them in your mouth. Pop ’em in the car, at your desk, on the back of a whale, in a hot air balloon, or at a corgi beach day. It really doesn’t matter where because it’s portable, duh.
Basically, have a good time snacking on paradise wrapped in heaven filled with life whenever and wherever you want.
Bacon Tater Tot Poppers
- Prep Time:10-15 minutes
- Cook Time:20-25 minutes
- Total Time:30-40 minutes
- Servings:15 - 20 pieces
- 2 cup frozen tater tots, thawed
- 1 oz cheddar cheese, chopped into cubes
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 pinch parsley
Chop cheese into cubes.
Squish together a cheese cube and a tater tot. Repeat forever.
Quarter each bacon slice.
Individually wrap each tot-cheese combo. Overlap two bacon slices if needed. Repeat forever again.
Place tots on the baking sheet with the seam side down. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy. Halfway through, use tongs to flip each tot over.
Add parsley to taste and pop into your mouth.
