Nothing symbolizes American cuisine better than pizza, and that is a truth backed up by the numerous spin-offs, restaurants, and versions of the popular food that can be found all over the country. And no other transformation of the classic can beat this healthy change that substitutes cauliflower rice for unbleached white flour and freshly diced tomatoes for the tomato sauce. This cauliflower pizza bite recipe maintains the pizza taste we've all grown to love while creating something new and inviting to everyone, including your gluten-sensitive friends.
