Last year, avocado toast took the blogging and social media world (yes, the world!) by storm. This looks like a fancy dish that someone would order at a restaurant, but can be made by anyone in only a few minutes.

#SpoonTip: You can try this with any type of cured meat or completely leave it out if you are vegetarian.

Avocado English Muffin With Roasted Garlic and Prosciutto

    Ingredients

  • 1 english muffin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves roasted garlic
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 2 slices prosciutto
  • Step 1

    Slice the english muffin in half and drizzle with oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

    Toast each half in a pan over the stove at medium heat until golden brown (1-2 minutes).

  • Step 3

    Squeeze the roasted garlic out of their pods and spread on each half. Mash up the avocado with a fork in a separate bowl and spread it evenly on each half.

    Top each half with a slice of prosciutto. Insta and enjoy!
