1 whole wheat tortilla
½ Fuji apple, thinly sliced
2 ounces fresh goat cheese (honey/cranberry walnut goat cheese optional)
1 tablespoon honey
1. Spread thin layer of goat cheese on half of tortilla, top with apple slices, and drizzle with one tablespoon of honey.
2. Fold tortilla in half.
3. Place quesadilla in a greased, heated skillet and cook on each side for 2–3 minutes, until tortilla is lightly browned.
