Bacon, Egg and Cheese Breakfast Hash

- 2 slices bacon
- 4 small potatoes
- 1/4 tomato
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
Place strips of bacon (whole or halved) on a double layer of tin foil.
Dice the potatoes and tomato to put on top of the bacon.
Gloriously crack an egg on top of it all.
Form a bowl with the tin foil.
Put in toaster oven at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
Add some shredded cheese and allow it to get all melted and sexy.
