Oh, French fries. The idea of stuffing your face after a late night out with friends seems supremely satisfying. Unfortunately, waking up the day after is not.

Cleaning yourself up after a long night and dealing with all the leftover late-night snacks are tough. Everyone knows that old French fries are cold and rubbery. Thankfully, there is a way to bring them back to their fresh golden state in just four easy steps.

Step 1: Grab Your Ingredients

All you need is a frying pan, some butter (be as generous, or stingy, as your heart desires), and, of course, the fries!

Step 2: Heat the butter

You want to wait for the butter to get melted and to be at a hot temperature. The butter should even be smoking a bit.

3. Add the fries

Add the soggy fries and watch as they crisp up to perfection. Just be sure to spread them out and occasionally mix them so they are all evenly toasted.

Step 4: Enjoy!
