    Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1/2 cup organic whole cashews
  • 4 tablespoon organic maple syrup
  • 6 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Semisweet dark chocolate chips
  • Step 1

    Blend together the cashews and oats until they are thoroughly mixed.

    Pour the blended mixture into a medium sized mixing bowl and add in the maple syrup.

    Add the vanilla extract to the mixture.

  • Step 4

    Melt the coconut oil into a pan and add to mixture.

    Once the coconut oil has cooled, stir everything together and add in the chocolate chips. Mix again.
