This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Western chapter.

Whether you’re pulling an all-nighter during midterms and finals, or whether you need to refuel after a long night of dancing, Toronto has it all when it comes to late-night eats. No matter what type of cuisine you’re craving, I made a list of the best late-night eats in Toronto.

Lakeview Restaurant

Type of Food: Diner food with 24 hour brunch

Hours: 24 hours

What to Get: It may seem weird to get breakfast for late-night eats, but you’ll just have to trust me. You gotta go for the disco Breakfast (sunny side-up egg, maple sausage, strip bacon, melted cheddar and Havarti, French fries) with Apple Pie Milkshake or the Fromage À Trois (grilled cheese with asiago, cheddar and Havarti).

You must try Toronto’s #1 Poutine (peking duck, crispy duck skin, black sesame seeds, green onions, hoisin duck gravy) or Double Mac & Cheese with Truffle Oil (with asiago and mozzarella).

I'm a third-year Media Studies student at Western University with an unhealthy obsession with food. Currently trying out the "see food diet"... whatever I see, I most definitely eat.
